Funding of the main project
Gradient is supported by a grant from the European Regional Development Fund
(ERDF) and the Welsh Office, until December 1998. This grant will enable us to build the
infrastructure for the programme and to test it thoroughly through working pilot groups.
From 1999 it is intended that the service will continue to be publicly funded but we will
be seeking some additional private sector funding from larger organisations to help
support our activities among SMEs. If you represent a larger company which might be
